Hi Steven, I can't give tips or advice on your photos as I am not good at it myself yet! Try getting more people to your site who know about photography and get them to give advice. Flickr is always a good site to join. Also, www. entrecard.com is great as you get good high quality traffic from people who actually look for your blog by keywords. It is worth the time and effort trust me :)
By the way, that rubiks cube looks awesome! Enjoy the 400D, I love my canon :)
