Help! Problem with Blogger, or me?

Hi All!

I was wondering, how come I can't upload photos through the usual photo tab, and why is my font stuck at Lucinda Console? Maybe I'm in HTML mode. How to I revert to the idiot proof method? Gosh, please help.
